Last week I had the pleasure of going to Kipling Elementary School on the south side of Chicago for career day.  The students at Kipling were such a joy to visit and were very interested in becoming a designer.  I left the school that day feeling great about a new young generation of designers that would be entering the work force in the next 10 years.  I hope that here at CS we can keep hiring young designers and always stay current with style and design of the newest generation.
