Discharge Printing vs. Plasitsol printing
Discharge printing puts the ink into the fabric unlike regular plastisol printing which has a more plastic or vinyl feel to it and is put on top of the garment. However discharge printing is much harder to control than regular plastisol printing and requires special steps to be taken to make sure production runs smoothly. Our operators are all experienced in solving these issues and limiting down time.
TodayÕs trend towards all over printed patterns on garments has driven us to perfect this process without having to go the route of custom cut and sew in-order to get that full print. All over printing is in demand technique among printers today. We have taken steps to customize our machines to handle printing up to 24Ó x24Ó which can handle most 2XL MenÕs t-shirts with ease and handle up to 8 colors in any combination of ink.
Culture Studio now offers packages to execute garments from start to finish. To react with todayÕs changing markets and fast fashion demands. The culture studio offers blank garments, garment dyeing, rhinestones tie dye, finishing services alone with our world class screen printing.
The Culture Studio is your one stop for all your screen printing, manufacturing , and graphic design services. We are able to fulfill the needs of a wide rage of clients, from small to large.

Culture studio faq
What is vector art?
In the truest most pure form, vector art is art made up of points, lines and curves and represented by mathematical equations as opposed ÷mapped pixels as in a raster or bitmap file. Vector art is resolution independent, meaning that it can be scaled to any size and retain its sharpness and detail at no loss in quality.
What is your largest print size?
Our largest board is 18 x 24 roll film, we can also print multiple positions for more coverage. We have the capability of all over printing as long as there is no aligning of the different positions.
What do you specialize in?
Many of today's t-shirt designs have a vintage or soft hand feel. Discharge printing feels apart of the fabric unlike regular plastisol printing, which
has a more plastic or vinyl feel to it. However, discharge printing is much harder to control than regular plastisol printing and requires special
steps to be taken to make sure production runs smoothly. Our operators are all experienced in solving these issues and limiting down time. Its
transparent nature helps it in attaining a soft hand but limits its usefulness on dark colored garments.
