Discharge
Discharge Inks are designed for 100 % cotton fabrics. Discharge is a process of dyeing the garment. Although discharge printing is more difficult to control and requires special steps to be taken to make sure production runs smoothly, our operators are highly trained and experienced in the steps used and limiting printing down time. Using Discharge inks is most effective when going for a soft feeling print most popular for a high fashion look design.
Discharge ink is not able to be Pantone matched perfectly please allow 15% variation in color because it is a dye.

All Over Printing
A part of the trend towards patterns, all over printing is an in demand technique among printers today. In streetwear fashion, an all over print is a print composed of a design that is repeated across the entire surface of a garment.We have taken steps to customize our
machines to handle printing up to 18"x24" which can handle most XL Men's t-shirts with ease. Proprietary processes have been developed
here to optimize registration on the press and deliver the best print possible. The Culture Studio can handle up to 4 colors in any combination
of plastisol, water base, discharge, flocking and foil.
To successfully all over print the design needs to be seamless and easily repeated. |

Sublimation
The basic inkjet dye sublimation process uses a heat sensitive sublimation dye, dissolved in a liquid, to print graphics and text onto special inkjet paper. (Transfer) The dye sub transfer and a sublimatable item are then placed into a heat press.When the heating cycle is completed, the image on the paper has been transferred into the Coating on the item and has actually become a part of the surface. Run your finger across the surface of sublimation and you will feel nothing. In the case of polyester, satin and some other synthetic fibers, the sublimation dye actually penetrates the fibers and becomes part of the fabric. Again, nothing is felt!
