Access Your Order Details Easily
HOW TO SIGN UP:
Head over to the Client Portal.
If it's your first time signing in, click "Sign Up" in the top right corner.
Enter your contact info to sign up for your account.
Make sure you use the same e-mail you gave to us for your order!
Check your e-mail for a confirmation link to activate your account.
Once your account is activated, you can now log in!
Culture Studio should show up under "Decorators". If not, this means that your e-mail has not been added to our database. Please contact your sales representative for assistance.
Now you can view all current and past orders.
Here you can check order status, shipping charges, and tracking.
