Here you’ll find a list of common filetypes we can work with. If you’re not sure your artwork meets these requirements, just shoot us an email and we’ll let you know!
Vector files are recommended for the highest quality print. We accept .ai, .pdf, .eps, or .svg filetypes. These are ideal for artwork with areas of solid color or text that we would print with a method called spot printing.
Raster files are also accepted. We can take your layered .psd, .pdf, or .tif file types and prepare them for screen print. While raster images don’t have the flawless resolution of a vector image, we are able to blend colors to achieve a wide range of effects as well as photorealism. If you’re unable to provide a layered or color separated file, we’d be glad to help you out!
The easiest and most convenient way is to simply upload your files to our site! If you’re having trouble due to filetype or size, you can also send us an email with a compressed file or link to download.
No problem! We’ll do basic edits or layouts for no additional cost. If you need any help with creating or reconstructing your design, our talented art department will gladly work with you to create the perfect print. Just contact us and we’ll walk you through the process.
Prior to full production of your order, you will receive an artwork approval that includes print colors and a to-scale digital mockup. We won’t begin production until we receive your approval. Physical samples are typically not provided for orders under 1,000 units. If you’d like to request a preproduction sample, just get in touch with us for further details.
After we receive artwork approval, your order will be produced within 10 business days. We’ll send you a notification when it ships or becomes available to pick up.
