2. Upload your artwork
We highly suggest using vector files when uploading artwork (.ai, .pdf, .eps, or .svg). If you're asking yourself "what the heck is a vector file?" check out our Artwork Guidelines for further instructions, or learn about art file types on the blog.
The fun part! There's tons of ways to customize your garment right in the Design Tool. Remove a background from your image, add a distressed effect or text.
Choose between screen print, embroidery, or sublimation and options to add specialty inks like glow, puff, or metallic. See our Decoration Guide for examples.
4. Place your order!
Finalize your design, select your quantities, and add finishing services of your choice like inside tags or poly bagging. Once your order is placed, we produce your merchandise and ship directly to you. (Did we mention shipping is free?)
After your order is placed, an Account Manager will review and make any adjustments needed. Total price, garments, and estimated ship date are subject to change.
What if I can't find the garment I'm looking for?
Our Online Catalog features some of our most popular garments, but there's still plenty more to choose from! If you don't see what you're looking for, e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can assist with your order.
Will my order be reviewed before printing?
An Account Manager will review your order before sending to production to ensure the best quality possible. Total price/estimated ship date may be adjusted, and garments in order are subject to change in the case of stock shortages. Our team will reach out with any issues or suggestions and work with you every step of the way!
