Screen Printing Press Operator

Culture Studio is seeking a progressive thinking and creative minded individual to drive our company at the source. You will be working with top of the line M&R machinery both automatic and manual. The press operator is at its core one of the most fundamental parts of our organization. An ideal candidate will have drive, a strong work ethic, motivation, and a have interest in joining the excitement of clothing industry as well as a inclusive, fulfilling, and exciting Culture.

Quality Control/Belt Catcher

Ensuring every garment meets quality standards before sending off to its final destination. Enthusiam, a good eye for detail, and working well in a fast paced environment are a must for this role. 

Shipping Clerk

The Shipping Clerk is responsible for execution of outgoing shipments. Proactive planning of all logistics pertaining to client orders. Maintain accurate records of packing slips and proof of delivery. Timely notifications of job completion to all customer orders utilizing shop management system and Culture Studio e-mail.

Salesperson

Sales Representatives are responsible to prospect and generate new business. This position requires cold calling, cold calling 2.0 method in the field to generate new permanent sales. Must have 1+ years of experience in sales development, sales, and/or marketing, cold calling and strategic prospecting experience, knowledge of the social media landscape and/or an ability to learn rapidly.

Key Account Manager

This position is a blend of account management/project management and sales. The Brand Coordinator is truly the Heartbeat of the company. Culture Studio is seeking a progressive thinking and creative-minded individual to join the Culture team. This individual will be working closely with clients and being the “Go-To’ person from within the company. From inputting purchase orders, sourcing garments and overall fulfillment, the Brand Coordinator will be in communication every step of the way.

Account Executive

The Account Executive is the key piece in a relationship between customers and the company. A subject matter expert in services and product offerings. The AE should be able to identify new markets, customer leads, and pitch prospective customers or existing customers growth. It is importnat to maintain excellent customer service as well as pursue new sales opportunities.
