SIMULATED PROCESS

Want a full color soft print of your painting or picture? Simulated Process is the technique for you! Using a combination of 6 to 9 colors to achieve life like images on light or dark garments. Here at CS we use a variety of different ink/separation combination to make award winning prints.

SPOT PROCESS

HOW IT'S SEPARATED

CS has had the pleasure to be trained directly by Charlie Fancini at Freehand Graphics on his amazing program separation studio. This program combined with signature spot process inks combine to make prints to be proud of.

HOW IT'S PRINTED

Spot Process uses its very own signature inks that are very opaque and will blend well together to create a full color image. Use very high mesh and roller frames to achieve such high detail, these screens are usually ripped between 55-85 LPI.

PRICING

Usually priced out 6-9 spot colors separation charge: $200.00 - $250.00

TRADITIONAL SIMULATED PROCESS

HOW IT'S SEPARATED

There are a few different programs on the market that have some success in separating simulated process. CS has also honed our skills to manually pull colors out to achieve a full color image. This printing process also works great if you have your file previously separated by a professional. Send us the seps and incur no art fee!

HOW IT'S PRINTED

Use Rutlands plastisol ink line or discharge - water base in the simulated process technique to create soft hand prints. If having the colors bright isn't a factor then discharge is the high end way to go!
